Mbuulira, tunaasomera wa? (Tell me, where shall we studying from?)

Njagala ombuulire. Sisobola ku(ku)buulira. (I want you to tell me. I can't tell you.)
Njagala onnyambe. Siyinza ku(ku)yamba. (I want you to help me. I can't help you.)
Njagala ondage ekkubo. Siyinza ku(ku)laga kkubo. (I want you to show me the way. I can't show you the way.)
Njagala olongoose Oluganda lwange. Sisobola ku(ku)longoosa Luganda lwo. (I want you to correct my Luganda. I can't correct your Luganda.)

Njagala omperekereko. Siyinza ku(ku)werekerako. (I want you to accompany me. I can't accompany you.)
Twagala otuwerekereko. Siyinza kubawerekerako. (We want you to accompany us. I can't accompany [.pl] you.)
Twagala otuwe omunnyo. Siyinza kubawa munnyo. (We want you to give us the salt. I can't give you [.pl] the salt.)
Njagala ompe omunnyo. Siyinza ku(ku)wa munnyo. (I want you to give me the salt. I can't give you the salt.)
Njagala onnyambe onjolezeeko. Sisobola ku(ku)yamba kukwolezaako. (I want you to help wash for me. I can't help wash for you.)
Njagala ompeereze ssukaali. Siyinza ku(ku)weereza ssukaali. (I want you to pass me the sugar. I can't pass you the sugar.)

Bwe naagula ennyama? Singa ogula nnyama, gula nnyama ya mbuzi. (What if I should buy meat? If you buy meat, buy goat [meat].)
Bw'onoogula ennyama? Singa ngula ennyama, nja kugula ya mbuzi. (What if you should buy meat? If I buy meat, I'll buy goat [meat].)
Bwe tunaagula ennyama? Singa mugula ennyama, mugule ya mbuzi. (What if we should buy meat? If you [.pl] buy meat, buy goat [meat].)

Lumonde gwe balina okulya. (Sweet potatoe is what they are to eat.)

Enva z’ebijanjaalo ze nnina okulya. (Bean sauce is what I am to eat.)

Ennyama si gye twalidde. (Meat is not what we ate.)
