Ekitiibwa y’embeera ey’okwewulira nti oli wa muwendo era oweebwa ekitiibwa.
(Dignity is a sense of worthiness and respect.)
Kiva mu kujjukira bwe tufaananira ddala era n’ekigendererwa eky’obulamu bwaffe.
(It comes from remembering who we truly are and our purpose of being.)
Bwe tumanya obulungi ekitiibwa kyaffe, tubeera mu mbeera ey’okwekkiririzaamu, ey’ekitiibwa, era ey’okwekakasa okwangungu.
(When we are mindful of our dignity, we hold ourselves with self-esteem, respect and simple confidence.)
Tukola era twogera mu ngeri ey’essimbo era ey’ekisa.
(We move and speak in a graceful manner.)
Twewala ebikolwa ebituviirako okuswala.
(We avoid actions that cause us to feel ashamed.)
Tutegeera omuwendo gwa buli muntu ogw’omunda, ka babeere nga bo bennyini bagulaba oba nedda.
(We recognise the inherent worth of each person, whether or not they see it for themselves.)
Buli muntu tumutwala nga wa kitiibwa era ow’omuwendo ogugwanira abantu bonna.
(We treat everyone with respect and honour all beings deserve.)
Tugaana okutyoboola eddembe ly’omuntu yenna.
(We refuse to violate anyone’s rights.)
Bwe twetwala okuba ab’omuwendo, tubeera tuwa Katonda ekitiibwa.
(When we value each other, we honour our Creator.)

(The Practice of Dignity)
Mmanyi omuwendo gwange.
(I know my own worth.)
Nneeyisa mu ngeri ey’ekitiibwa.
(I carry myself with respect.)
Nneekuuma nneme okuswala.
(I keep myself free from shame.)
Abantu bonna mbatwala nga ba muwendo.
(I value all people.)
Nneewala okubonyabonya abantu abalala.
(I avoid mistreating others.)
Nneeyisa mu ngeri ey’ekitiibwa.
(I act honourably.)
Eddembe lya buli muntu ndissaamu ekitiibwa.
(I honour everyone’s rights.)
Neebaza olw'ekirabo ky'Ekitiibwa. Kinyamba okutambulira mu buvumu kwenyumiriza n’essanyu.
(I am thankful for the gift of Dignity. It helps me walk tall.)
