(Trust is having faith, hope and positive outlook.)
Okwesiga kwe kukkiririza mu muntu oba ekintu.
(Trust is believing in someone or something.)
Tuli bavumu nti ekintu ekituufu kijja kutuuka nga tetugezezzaako kukiziyiza oba okukireetera okubaawo.
(We have confidence that the right thing will come about without our trying to control it or make it happen.)
Twesiga abalala okukola bye bagamba nti bajja kubikola, era tubawa omwagaanya nabo okubeera abesigwa.
(We trust others to do what they say they will do, and give them space to be trustworthy.)
Ebiseera ebimu kibeera kizibu okwesiga obulamu bwe buba bubaddemu okulumwa.
(Sometimes it is difficult to trust when life brings painful experiences.)
Okwesiga kwe kubeera omukakafu, munda mu ffe mwennyini, nti waliwo ebirabo oba okuyiga mu buli kintu ekigwawo.
(Trust is being sure, in the depths of our being, that there are some gifts or learning in everything that happens.)
Tutambula n’obuvumu ne mbeera z’obulamu, nga tufuna amaanyi okuva mu buyinike.
(We move confidently with the flow of life, gathering strength from adversity.)
Tukimanyi nti tetuli ffekka.
(We know that we are never alone.)

(The Practice of Trust)
Nkuuma essuubi lyange.
(I maintain my hope.)
Sikyokooza balala wadde n’okugezaako okubakugira.
(I do not provoke others or try to control them.)
Nzikkiriza nti waliwo ebirungi mu buli kintu ekibeerawo.
(I believe that there is some good in everything that happens.)
Mpa omwagaanya obwesigwa okuvumula okutya kwange.
(I allow trust to heal my fears.)
Ndi muvumu mu mbeera zange okusobola okuyiga obulamu bwange bwonna.
(I am confident in my capacity for lifelong learning.)
Neesigama ku kubeerwo kwa Katonda.
(I rely on Divine assistance.)
Neebaza olw’ekirabo ky’Okwesiga. Kizza buggya amaanyi gange.
(I am thankful for the gift of Trust. It renews my strength.)
