Buli lunaku, tufuna akaseera okwebaza emikisa gyaffe.
(Each day, we find a moment to count our blessings.)
Okufumiitiriza ku by’omuwendo mu bulamu bwaffe kiyimusa emyoyo gyaffe.
(Reflecting on the treasures in our lives lifts our spirits.)
Okwebaza kukkakkanya ennaku yaffe era kuzzaawo essuubi lyaffe.
(Thankfulness soothes our sadness and restores our hope.)
Kutuwa obusobozi okulowooza ku bizibu n’okubisalira amagezi.
(It gives us perspective.)
Nga tukozesa empisa ey’okwebaza, tusikiriza emikisa mingi nnyo, kubanga okwebaza kusikiriza emikisa.
(As we practice thankfulness, we attract more and more blessings, because thanksgiving is conducive to bounty.)
Okwebaza kkubo eri tutuusa mu kumatizibwa.
( Thankfulness is a path to contentment.)

(The Practice of Thankfulness)
Nnina embeera ey’okulaga nga bwe ndi omusanyufu.
(I have an attitude of gratitude.)
Mbala emikisa gyange buli lunaku.
(I count my blessings everyday.)
Nnengera ebirabo mu kugezesebwa kwange.
(I discern the gifts in my tests.)
Nnyaniriza ebisanyusa mu bulamu.
(I am open to the joys of life.)
Nsuubira ekisingira ddala ekirungi.
(I expect the best.)
Okwebaza kkubo eri tutuusa mu kumatizibwa.
( Thankfulness is a path to contentment.)
Neebaza ku lw’ekirabo eky’Okwebaza. Kifuula obulamu bwange obw’omukisa.
(I am thankful for the gift of thankfulness, it makes my life bountiful.)
