Mbeera ne muganda wange. (I stay with my brother.)
Mbeera kumpi naye. (I stay near him/her.)
Mbeera wala okuva ewa taata wange. (I stay far from my dad.)
Mbeera nzekka. (I stay alone.)

A: Ggwe, obeera wekka? (You stay alone?)
B: Yee, mbeera nzekka. (Yes, I stay alone.)

B: Nedda, sibeera nzekka. (No, I don’t stay alone)

Ye, abeera yekka. (He stays alone.) Ye, tabeera yekka (He doesn’t stay alone); Tom ne Mary babeera bokka. (Tom and Mary stay alone.) Bo, tebabeera bokka. (They don’t stay alone.); Mmwe, mubeera mmwekka. (You [all] stay alone.), Mmwe, temubeera mmwekka. (You [all] don’t stay alone.), Ffe, tubeera ffeka. (We stay alone.) , Ffe, tetubeera ffeka. (We don’t stay alone.)

T: Obeera mu kibuga ki? (In which town do you stay?)
S: Mbeera mu Mbale. (I stay in Mbale)
T: Obeera wekka? (Do you stay alone?)
S: Nedda, sibeera nzekka. (No, I don’t stay alone.)
T: Ooo, tobeera wekka? Obeera n'ani? (Oh, don’t you stay alone? With whom do you stay?)
S: Mbeera ne David (I stay with David)
T: Ggwe ne David mubeera kumpi n'ani? (You and David, near whom do you stay?)
S: Tubeera kumpi ne Mwami Zimbe. (We stay near Mr. Zimbe)
T: Mubeera kumpi ne Mwami Kaggwa? (Do you [all] stay near Mr. Kaggwa?)
S: Nedda, tubeera wala naye. (No, we stay far from him.)
