B: Tompitayita. Oyagala ki? (Don’t keep calling me. What do you want?)
A: Njagala emmere yonna gy'olina. (I want all the food that you have.)
B: Nnina ntono nnyo, ate mbisi. (I have only a little, and it’s uncooked.)
A: Gimpe ngitwale. (Give it to me to take.)
B: Iii. Nze ate enkya ndirya ki? (Hey, and what will I have to eat tomorrow?)
A: Enkya akawungezi nnaakuleetera emmere endala. (Tomorrow evening, I shall bring you other food.)
